Code of Ethics
By booking the services of Eventually Tarot, the client agrees to the following Terms & Conditions of use:
Payment
By PayPal or e-transfer.
Cancellation policy
All sessions are to be paid for beforehand.
You may reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before your appointment through Acuity.
If you are late, you will forfeit that time, your reading will finish at the originally scheduled time.
There is a grace period of 10 minutes for you to arrive before you are declared a “no-show.”
There is no refund or rescheduling for no-shows.
Services agreement for Tarot readings
You are making payment to a ‘service’, not ‘goods’. You’re not paying for a product.
The payment is for our time, energy, knowledge and experience.
Eventually Tarot does not offer refunds for services.
Events bookings
Deposit of 50% upon confirmation of event booking.
Full payment is due on or immediately after the event.
Cancellation notice of seven (7) days in advance is required, otherwise the 50% deposit will be forfeited.
Discussion with event organiser is required prior, to be clear of expectations and deliverables.
Tarot classes
All classes are to be paid for in full upon booking.
No refund for cancellations or no-shows. Your fee may not be put towards future classes if you are unable to attend.
Should the class numbers fall short of minimum required bookings, you will receive refund in full.
CODE OF ETHICS
All sessions are completely confidential.
Eventually Tarot’s readings are secular and non-judgmental. We welcome clients of all cultures, religions, spiritual paths and sexual orientation.
Eventually Tarot does not practise predictive Tarot. Our highest goal is to serve the best interests of our clients, through the Tarot’s ability to invite wonder, curiosity and open-mindedness.
Eventually Tarot reserves the right to refuse to give readings that go against this Code of Ethics.

The Tarot is not a substitution for legal, financial or medical advice.
Eventually Tarot will, at all times, exercise the best professional efforts, skills and care. However, there are no guaranteed outcomes of Tarot efforts. Comments and observations are expressions of opinion only.
Upon booking Eventually Tarot’s services, the client shall indemnify and hold harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, settlements, liabilities, costs, charges, assessments, and expenses, as well as third party claims and causes of action, including, without limitation, attorney’s fees, arising out of any breach by the client of any of these Terms and Conditions.
